How do i enrol?
To enrol in any of our recreation courses, you can make a booking through the TryBooking links for each course. While finalising your booking, we will collect select information to make sure your needs are catered for over the course of the activity. You can alternatively make a booking on-site at our Customer Service, completing an Enrolment Application form that will collect the same information as if you had booked online. This data collection is required before class commencement. If applying for a concession, an appropriate concession card must be presented when paying course fees. Please note that completion of the form does not guarantee enrolment. Please make sure you include details of the class or classes of interest, your query and the best method of contact. Refund policy
If withdrawal from a course is made 7 days or more prior to commencement CCC will refund to the payee any course fees paid, less an administration fee of 25% of total fee. Fees cannot be refunded when the withdrawal is made with less than 7 days notice. In the event that a course has to be cancelled by CCC a full refund will be paid. If the cost of a course prevents enrolment, please discuss with Centre management. |
